TRANSFORMATION IN PROGRESS. Design execution is underway at THIS BEAUTIFUL nature resort in San Juan, Batangas, Philippines.

The site was filled with underbrush and debris when we first saw it. But the beauty of nature struck us. And so we took on the challenge to transform an overgrown site into a functional and usable landscape while adhering to the requirements of the client.

Soon the vision will be realized. There is good progress as we press on with a tight schedule.

We thank our client for trusting our design and guidance for truly a collaborative spirit exists between us. And as we do so we celebrate the tireless workers behind the scenes as we push on with them so that people can enjoy nature in this resort.

ONGOING TRANSFORMATIONS. The softscapes are recovering well at Kalaiyaan CoasT. We are looking forward to a few more months when the plants have fully acclimatized to their environment. But we are happy that the plant selections are thriving early on.

Kalaiyaan Coast by Aplaya Laiya Corporation is A new nature resort being unveiled in San Juan, Laiya, Batangas, Philippines. A lush environment greets guests in this latest project that will soon welcome us in a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere.

We have partnered and collaborated with our client to save the trees and introduce landscape features that will enhance the human experience without destroying the site’s existing conditions. The result of our teamwork serves as an inspiration to us to continue to advance transformative landscapes for the betterment of Creation.

WE VIVIDLY REMEMBER THE TIME WHEN THIS SITE WAS STILL BARE. THE TRANSFORMATION TOOK A WHILE BECAUSE WE MARCHED THROUGH THE PANDEMIC MUD. HERE IT IS NOW. WE CAN HEAR THE BIRDS CHIRPING FROM UNDER THE GIANT TREES. THE CAREFULLY SELECTED PLANTS ARE LUSH AND FULL. THE COOL AND CRISP AIR FEELS FRESH. FOR OUTDOOR JUNKIES LIKE US, WE CAN ATTEST THAT THIS PLACE IS TRULY A GARDEN THAT EVERYONE CAN ENJOY.
