Construction of the amenity deck of the Empress is in full swing as we push to launch the outdoor spa amenities of Ortigas Land Corporation’s fourth tower at Capitol Commons. Generous pools and water features harmonize with lush landscapes and outdoor lounges to create a relaxing environment to come home to. To bring this amenity to life we make sure that every hidden detail is in order before we apply the hardscape finishes, install the shrubs and trees and insert the lights. Though the completed landscape is due in a few months we are making sure that everything is going according to plan this early.
We make sure that what is reflected in our drawings will be executed well on site. Our construction drawings are legible and clearly laid out with all the necessary information for ease of implementation by licensed professionals and lay people alike.
